A3Intermar we seek perfection

  |   Muelles flotantes

In A3Intermar we look for perfection, we build floating marinas of the best quality and using the best materials from Colombian origins, all made in Colombia with Colombian labor.

– Aluminum: The recommended alloy for welded structures in marine environment with a high degree of salinity is 6061-T6. The heat treatment is that of tempering and artificial maturing up to state T6. Its mechanical characteristics are as follows:
• Shear strength: 200 N/mm2
• Break load: 265 N/mm2
• Elastic limit: 235 N/mm2
• Elongation: A = 8%
• Elastic module: 69.500 N/mm2
• Brinell hardness: 95 HB
• Resistance to alternative bending fatigue (N= 108 cycles): 190 N/mm2

– Wood Cumaru, WPC or Asbestos cement: The floor can be in natural Cumarú wood, WPC or fiber cement. The Cumarú is a South American species. Resistant to: sea water, humidity, fungi, insects, fire, acids, intense heat without being disturbed, blows and cuts. This type of pavement has the following characteristics:
• Density 12% MV12: 1.020 Kg/m3
• Axial compression: 680 Kg/cm2
• Static bending: 1.780 Kg/cm2
• Elastic module: 220.000 Kg/cm2
• Sapwood: Yellowish white
• Heartwood: Brown yellowish to reddish brown
• Fiber: Straight, often quite intertwined
• Grain: Medium
